At Avature, we have an Ethics Channel available so that both company professionals and third parties related to the company can report conduct contrary to the commitments contained in the Avature Code of Conduct.
All the details on the use and functioning of the Ethics Channel are regulated in the Internal Information System Policy. However, below you can find the most relevant features:
- Communications may be anonymous and will be treated confidentially and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
- Avature will not permit any type of retaliation against any person who, in good faith, uses the Ethics Channel to raise questions or to bring to light possible breaches of the Code of Conduct or applicable regulations or against those who collaborate in investigations into alleged irregular actions.
- Investigations shall be carried out in an objective and diligent manner in accordance with internal rules and applicable law. The rights of those involved, in particular the right to honor and the presumption of innocence, will be respected throughout the process.
We also inform you that in the European Union you may also bring to the attention of the relevant competent authority (for Avature Spain SLU, the Independent Authority for the Protection of the Informant or Autoridad Independiente de Proteccion del Informante) any information you consider relevant through its external communication channel.
